Whistleblowing

Suspected fraud, bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, financial manipulation, retaliation, serious safety or security breaches, data misuse and deliberate control circumvention may be reported.

Send a confidential report to besong@besonggroup.com with the subject “Confidential Whistleblowing Report”. Provide facts, dates, locations, people involved and available evidence, while avoiding unlawful access or evidence collection.

Good-faith reporters should be protected from retaliation. Information will be restricted to those required to assess, investigate or act on the report, subject to law and due process.

Reports should be triaged, conflicts managed, evidence preserved and corrective actions tracked. Matters involving law enforcement, regulators or licensed professional obligations will be escalated appropriately.
